For career coaching I utilize the Highlands Ability Battery, the most comprehensive tool I’ve ever seen relative to career planning. It gives clients so much clarity. You’ll develop insight into how you tick and what attributes a job needs to have for it to be a good fit for you. You’ll also learn what type of work environment will be most optimal for you. And finally, the report gives a number of suggestions of careers that may be a good fit based on your ability profile, and these suggestions are hyperlinked into the ONET Department of Labor database, which provides a perfect jumping off point for career research.

It is amazing to think where I was only 10 months ago when I first started working with Shelley and where I am now. Not only professionally but mentally and emotionally.
