After years of climbing the corporate ladder, working in risk management in London, and achieving every external marker of success, she woke up one day completely numb and depleted. That experience became the foundation of her coaching practice and the subject of her first book, Running on Empty: An Irreverent Guide to Filling Up with Mindfulness.
